WHAT WE ACCEPT FOR RETURNS
We accept returns for items that are:
• Defective or damaged upon arrival
• Incorrect item received (wrong size, color, or product)
• Item not as described

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email codewearstores@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps

REPLACEMENTS
We offer free replacements for all eligible returns. Replacement orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of approval.

REFUNDS
If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD ORDERS
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when contacting us.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
