🔁 Refund & Return Policy

At CodeWear Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

    • The item must be in its original packaging

    • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

🚫 Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

🔄 Replacement (Preferred)

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • Replacement is not possible, or

    • The item is out of stock

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time:

    • 5–7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping.

  • For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds

  • In eligible cases, replacement or store credit may be provided
